About the department The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Technology team
builds and operates the company’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and
reporting platforms that power planning, forecasting, cost allocation,
profitability, and insight. Engineers, analysts, and product‑minded specialists
partner with Global Finance and Technology, working in Agile sprints to
prioritize backlogs and deliver releases. You will join a collaborative,




high‑ownership environment with global exposure, modern Business Intelligence
(BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, and clear opportunities to deepen
finance‑tech expertise and influence enterprise outcomes.

HOW WILL YOU ADD VALUE PLATFORM OWNERSHIP & FP&A; ENABLEMENT?

Key responsibilities:

EPM platform ownership & FP&A; enablement:

* Administer, configure, and enhance FP&A;/EPM platforms (security, metadata,
hierarchies, models, versions, validations).

* Design and maintain planning and forecasting models within Adaptive Planning,
supporting multiple different functions: Corporate and functional Opex;
Headcount and compensation planning; Cost allocation and profitability by
business line, investment platform, or legal entity.

* Design & maintain reporting systems including Oracle Essbase –
Multi‑Dimensional AUM (Assets Under Management) reporting; Power BI –
Planning/Forecasting/AUM business‑intelligence dashb
