MGRID Tools is an Indian tools brand focused on developing and manufacturing affordable, rugged, and innovative measurement and alignment tools such as line lasers and laser distance meters. We are building products for construction professionals, contractors, interior designers, architects, and hardware/tool retailers.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Indore. The role will involve developing new customers, visiting dealers and retailers, generating leads, promoting MGRID products, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and professional users.
- Conduct field visits across Indore and nearby markets.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, orders, and payments.




- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Support dealer onboarding and channel expansion.
- Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, dealer sales, or field sales preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM/sales reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
- Knowledge of hardware, tools, construction, electrical, or industrial products will be an advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to work from Indore.
