Role Overview:

* We are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our
Retail Sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
driving sales and increasing market share through strategic engagement with
distributors, including IMFDs, banks, private wealth firms, Aggregators &
Retail Distributors. This role demands solid relationship-building
capabilities and a collaborative approach to working with internal and




external stakeholders to grow the business at Franklin Templeton.

WHAT ARE THE ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES OF RELATIONSHIP MANAGER?

* Manage and grow a defined set of distributor relationships in the Mumbai
market.

* Drive sales through the IMFD and / or National Distributor Channels including
Banks, Retail Distributors & Aggregators.

* Achieve annual targets across Gross Sales, Net Sales, SIPs, and Market Share.

* Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the distribution network.

* Collaborate closely with internal business stakeholders to align sales
strategies with organizational goals.

* Track market trends, competitive activities, and business opportunities.

* Monitoring of Sales Metrics – MIS, Mathematics of Retail, Budgets,
Activities, Call Reports, Weekly management reports, etc.

* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.

* Support additional strategic initiatives and projects
