Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Manage purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
- Prepare GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
- Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and monthly account statements.
- Maintain inventory accounting for the jewellery business.
- Coordinate with CA for audits, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Experience in IT, Software, Retail, or E-commerce accounting will be preferred.
