Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated and target-driven Outbound Sales Representatives with proven experience handling US-based customers through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers in the US.
- Engage customers professionally, identify their requirements, and confidently present suitable solutions.
- Follow the assigned sales process and approved calling scripts while maintaining a natural conversation.
- Handle customer objections, questions, and concerns effectively to maximize conversions.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Build strong customer relationships and maintain a skilled customer experience.
- Accurately record call details, customer information, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain high call quality, productivity, attendance, and conversion standards.
- Work closely with team leaders and managers to improve sales performance.
- Continuously develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection-handling skills.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-5 years of proven experience in US outbound sales / international voice process.:
- Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation and confidence in communicating with US customers.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound calls.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on sales conversion.
