Role at JJEPL:
Responsible for end‑to‑end store operations in SAP, including material issue, receipt, transfer, stock management, and ensuring accurate documentation to support production and dispatch processes.
Functions Performed in the Organization:
- Execute production completion in SAP after finished goods are ready for dispatch.
- Issue raw materials, consumables, and bought-out items on a daily basis through the SAP system.
- Perform material inward entries for consumables and bought-out materials.
- Coordinate with the Quality team by arranging materials for inspection.
- Process GRN (Goods Receipt Note) as per approved documents and SOPs.
- Prepare delivery challans required for dispatch operations.
- Generate subcontracting delivery challans for outsourced materials.
- Oversee the entire GRN workflow and ensure accurate production order completion in SAP.
- Maintain daily bookkeeping records, including delivery challans, raw material issue slips, and bought-out material records.
Education -B. A. / B. Com. / B. Sc. / Diploma Mech. with Computer Knowledge
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
