This is a hands-on delivery role for an architect who is fluent in Revit and confident coordinating across architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage federated Revit models across architecture, structure, and MEP
- Run clash detection and coordination in Navisworks and resolve inter-disciplinary conflicts
- Maintain BIM standards, families, templates, and LOD progression
- Generate coordinated construction drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from the model
- Coordinate with external MEP and structural consultants and integrate their inputs
Requirements:
- B.Arch with 4+ years' experience, including BIM delivery on commercial or institutional projects
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Working knowledge of, AutoCAD,
and a rendering tool (Enscape / Lumion / SketchUp)
- Ability to coordinate multiple consultants and meet design-freeze deadlines
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
