Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle outbound/inbound calls for the US International Voice Process related to sales, staffing, or recruitment services.




- Work closely with the RPO/BPO team to understand client requirements and align sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/targets as assigned by the team lead/manager.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM/system.
- Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions to close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, recruitment, quality) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated with US market trends, client requirements, and competitor activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines during calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in International Sales, RPO, BPO, or International Voice Process (US Process mandatory).
- Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written (neutral/US accent preferred).
