Job Summary:
The Shift Incharge/Executive Production is responsible for overseeing the production process in the brewing department, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within the brewing industry and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the brewing process, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train production staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Mechanical and Electrical Handling: Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues that arise during production. Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
- Quality Control: Monitor product quality at various stages of production,



implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety among team members.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing raw materials and finished goods inventory, coordinating with supply chain teams as needed.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities and report on key performance indicators to management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production management within the brewing or beverage industry.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.

Pay: ₹44,731.47 - ₹50,095.22 per month
