Job Title: Furniture Sales Executive / Design Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and design-minded Furniture Sales Executive to guide clients through their interior furnishing journeys. This role bridges traditional retail floor sales and our growing e-commerce vertical, requiring a highly consultative approach. You will help customers select pieces that fit their spatial needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget while maintaining a seamless pipeline from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling: Engage with customers (both B2C retail and B2B clients) to deeply understand their interior design needs, recommending suitable furniture layouts, materials, and custom configurations.
- Omnichannel Management: Drive revenue across multiple channels. Handle floor walk-ins as well as inbound digital inquiries, virtual walkthroughs, and lead nurturing for the e-commerce vertical.
- Pipeline Tracking:



Maintain a rigorous, organized sales pipeline. Log all customer interactions, quotes, and follow-ups systematically using our CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Pipedrive, or Odoo).
- Product Expertise: Maintain an expert-level understanding of our entire catalog, including upholstery options, wood finishes, manufacturing timelines, and warranty terms.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate seamlessly with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing, dispatch, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in furniture sales, interior design consulting, or high-end retail.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce sales dynamics and digital lead conversion.
- Proficiency in up-to-date CRM software (Zoho, Pipedrive) and ERP systems (Odoo) to manage and track sales metrics.
