In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for managing high-value enterprise accounts, driving client retention, unlocking cross-selling and upselling pathways, and serving as the executive escalation point for strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio & Account Strategy: Oversee, nurture, and expand relationships with high-net-worth or enterprise-level clients, acting as the primary strategic advisor.
- Revenue Growth & Monetization: Drive top-line growth by identifying, developing, and executing cross-selling, upselling, and contract renewal strategies across the portfolio.
- Executive Engagement: Build long-term,



trusted advisory relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments—including product, sales, marketing, legal, and customer support—to ensure flawless service delivery and customized solution alignment.
- Risk Mitigation & Retention: Anticipate client challenges, spearhead proactive retention initiatives, and resolve high-stakes complaints or operational escalations swiftly.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory shifts to offer proactive insights to both clients and internal executive leadership.
