Job Opening: Admin Head - Hospital Operations

Location: Varanasi / Prayagraj

We are looking for a highly process-oriented Admin Head who can bring discipline, accountability, systems, and operational excellence to hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all hospital processes and SOPs are followed consistently
- Monitor daily operations across reception, billing, housekeeping, security, maintenance, ward boys, and support services
- Identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and improve efficiency
- Build systems for accountability, reporting, and follow-up
- Manage vendors, procurement, inventory, and asset control
- Ensure infrastructure, equipment, and facility maintenance are completed on time
- Track pending tasks and drive closure through teams
- Handle escalations and ensure issues are resolved promptly




- Conduct regular audits and inspections of hospital operations
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth functioning of the hospital
- Strong executor with a process-driven mindset
- Experience managing hospital, hotel, manufacturing, retail, or service operations
- Excellent follow-up and team management skills
- Able to bring structure, discipline, and accountability
- Comfortable handling multiple departments simultaneously
- Data-driven and detail-oriented
- Solid communication and problem-solving abilities

Experience:
- 5+ years in operations, administration, or facility management roles

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
