Overview
Key Responsibilities
Product Listing Management
- Create and Optimize Listings: Develop and enhance product listings across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Accuracy and Completeness: Ensure all product listings are accurate, complete, and optimized for search visibility.
- Manage Attributes: Oversee product attributes, images, descriptions, and specifications for consistency and quality.
- Update Listings: Modify product listings in response to price changes, stock updates, or other necessary revisions.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Monitor Orders: Track incoming orders and ensure timely processing and shipment.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and monitor inventory levels.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory turnover.
- Reporting:
Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports and recommend strategies for performance improvement.
Marketing & Promotions
- Promotional Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, flash sales, and discount offers.
- Campaign Management: Upload banners, update offers, and monitor campaign performance across channels.
- Social Media Integration: Assist in managing social media integrations and enhancing online brand visibility.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, logistics, finance, and design to ensure seamless execution of online operations.
- Platform Onboarding: Support recent platform onboarding and assist with integration or marketplace setup.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: MBA degree (freshers welcome) or an undergraduate degree with up to 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketplace management.
