About the Job
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the showroom on time at 9:00 AM.
- Help the team with opening and cleaning the showroom.
- Keep the showroom, displays and samples clean and properly arranged.
- Attend customers and guide them around the showroom.
- Show tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings and other products to customers.
- Help customers find the required designs, sizes and products.
- Assist sales staff during customer visits.
- Help with basic showroom paperwork and clerical work.
- Read product names, designs, sizes and basic information from bills and product documents.
- Assist with customer follow-ups and other basic office work when required.
- Go to the godown for receiving, dispatching and arranging material.
- Help coordinate loading and unloading of material and customer deliveries.
- Check received material and assist the team in matching it with the required documents.
- Serve tea/water to customers when required and maintain basic customer hospitality.
- Help with general showroom and godown work as required.
- Take responsibility for completing assigned work properly and on time.
- Freshers are welcome if they are genuinely looking for a reliable, long-term job.
- Must be comfortable doing different types of showroom and godown work.
- Hindi communication is required.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
- Must know how to ride a bike or scooter.
- Should be willing to learn about tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings and other showroom products.
