Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our visual storytelling to the next level. You will manage the entire post-production process—from assembling raw footage and fine-tuning cuts to designing dynamic, high-impact motion graphics and visual effects.

Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing: Edit high-quality videos for various platforms (social media, marketing campaigns, educational content, and brand storytelling).
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Create agile custom animations, lower thirds, title cards, transitions, and kinetic typography that elevate the visual quality of our videos.
- Post-Production Workflow: Handle color grading, audio mixing, sound design, and pacing to ensure a polished final product.
- Concept to Execution: Collaborate closely with the team to storyboard ideas,



understand project goals, and translate them into engaging visual assets.
- Asset Management: Organize and archive raw footage, project files, and motion templates efficiently.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current video editing styles, motion graphic trends, and social media formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expert Software Knowledge: Complete mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is mandatory. Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (for asset preparation) is highly preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of proven experience as a Video Editor and Motion Designer (agency, freelance, or in-house).
- Portfolio/Showreel: A strong, diverse showreel demonstrating exceptional video pacing, clean cuts, creative sound design, and custom motion graphics (not just plug-and-play templates).
- Visual Storytelling: Ability to take a script or raw concept and build a compelling visu
