Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate activity reports, analyse profit margins, and manage the month-end closing process.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Design economic models to assist other departments in tracking expenditures and reaching revenue targets.
- Cash Flow & Treasury: Oversee daily accounting, liquidity, investments, and optimal management of the company's funds.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal financial regulations and implement robust internal controls.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise the finance and accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]

Core Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
- Certifications:



Professional credentials such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are strongly preferred.
- Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or auditing.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
