The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure secure, efficient, and timely production in accordance with approved production plans, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Allocate manpower and monitor workforce productivity.
- Ensure production is carried out as per approved SOPs, process parameters, and batch instructions.
- Monitor consumption of raw materials, utilities, and other production inputs.
- Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning for smooth production operations.
- Monitor product quality and immediately report deviations or abnormalities.
- Ensure proper documentation of batch records, production reports, and material consumption.
- Identify and address production problems, breakdowns, and process deviations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, housekeeping, and PPE requirements.




- Minimize production losses, wastage, downtime, and rework.
- Train and guide operators and production workers.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures.
- Submit daily production and shift reports to the Production Manager.
- Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform such other duties, responsibilities, and special assignments as may be delegated by the Management from time to time, consistent with the position and business requirements.
