We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to join our team and manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.:
- Manage campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for multiple clients.:
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike, and remarketing strategies.:
- Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, and Conversion Rate.:
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.:
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and performance.:
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, placements, and campaign structures.:
- Work closely with the creative and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.:
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.:
- Identify campaign issues and implement corrective strategies.:
- Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, policies, tracking solutions, and performance marketing trends.





Requirements:
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Media Buying / Performance Marketing.:
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.:
- Experience handling lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.:
- Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding, audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling.:
- Good knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Events Manager, and tracking.:
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.:
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.:
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Google Ads, Shopify/e-commerce, landing page optimization, CRM integrations, and other performance marketing platforms will be an added advantage.
