WHAT IS THE CHANNEL MANAGER & DIRECT WHOLESALER (MUMBAI) RESPONSIBLE FOR?

* The Channel Manager - Direct is responsible for overseeing the Direct
channel. This role involves developing strategies to scale up the direct
business. The Channel Manager is tasked with generating sales in the Direct
channel by maintaining an active contact strategy and collaborating closely
with the Direct sales team and Retail Sales Leaders to achieve a higher share
in Direct Business.



In addition to managing the Direct channel, this role
will also include managing Mumbai individually, as this is the largest market
for the channel. The individual in this role will report to the Head of
Direct Business.

WHAT ARE THE ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES OF CHANNEL MANAGER - DIRECT?

* Supervise the activities of direct channel team members and execute the sales
plan to meet and exceed goals and targets.

* Generate sales in the Direct channel, including maintaining a strategy to
contact clients and monitoring the segmentation of clients in the channel.

* Planning engagement strategies with Direct Channel, which includes virtual
seminars and sessions for clients.

* Deliver sales presentations to current and potential clients.

* Drive the direct team and outsourced sales force to achieve business
objectives and regularly review performance and provide guidance to optimize
effectiveness and achiev
