We are looking for a Revenue Associate Intern who wants to understand how sales, marketing and customer acquisition come together to drive business growth.
What You'll Do
Generate and qualify leads through company-provided as well as self-generated leads.
Communicate directly with business owners and decision-makers.
Participate in field sales, client meetings and business development.
Create social media content and assist with digital marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and identify recent business opportunities.
Use CRM, LinkedIn, Canva and Microsoft Office in day-to-day work.
Track results, understand customer behavior and suggest ways to improve conversions.
Take ownership of tasks and contribute your own ideas to our growth.

What You'll Learn
This is more than a typical sales internship.



You will work directly with the Founder/Owner and industry professionals and get hands-on exposure to:
Customer acquisition and sales
Digital & offline marketing
Business development
Customer behavior and conversion
Day-to-day business operations and growth
You will receive proper training, handholding and continuous guidance, while also getting the freedom to experiment and contribute your ideas.

Who Are We Looking For?
Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Freshers are welcome.
We value confidence, communication, curiosity, creativity, energy and a strong learning attitude. We especially appreciate people who think independently and are willing to suggest new ideas instead of simply following instructions.

Duration: 6 Months
Location: Pune | Hybrid
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Stipend: ₹5,000/month + incentive
