We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to lead end-
to-end hiring for our retail store operations across India. The role will primarily focus on
hiring Style Associates, Senior Style Associates and Store Managers while ensuring quality,
speed, and a seamless candidate experience.The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume retail recruitment and possessstrong stakeholder management, sourcing, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for retail store positions.
• Handle hiring for Style Associates, Senior Style Associates, Store Managers, and other retail roles as assigned.
• Understand manpower requirements and align hiring plans accordingly.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned requisitions within defined TAT.
Candidate Sourcing
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, consultants, walk-ins, campus drives, and local hiring initiatives.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market mapping for retail talent across assigned regions.
Screening & Assessment
• Screen resumes based on role fit.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
• Evaluate candidates on communication skills, retail experience, sales orientation,
