Job Summary:
The E-Catalogue Data Management & Web Support Specialist is responsible for managing product data, supporting digital catalogue uploads,
and handling customer queries received via the E-Catalogue Contact Us form. This role ensures accurate representation of products online and contributes to a seamless customer experience through timely and qualified support.
Experience Required - 1-4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and publish part numbers in the E-Catalogue based on marketing priorities.
- Collect and validate product attributes, digital assets, and associated parts for catalogue uploads.
- Prepare customer view 3D models for online display.
- Respond to customer queries received through the E-Catalogue Contact Us form with clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain product attributes and Bill of Materials (BOM) in the PLM tool based on drawing releases.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings to extract relevant product data.
- Prepare rendered product images for online catalog.
