Job Description

WE'RE HIRING | PRODUCT SUPPORT – INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS

Location : Hyderabad

Role: Product Support

Process: International Voice Process

Shift: Rotational Shifts – US Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Offs

Transport: Both-Way Cab Facility Available

Interview: Virtual

Mandatory Experience

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical / Production / Service Desk Support

* Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft Suite

* Experience with Office 365 (O365)

* Experience handling international voice support will be preferred

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: Decent Hike + Variables

Performance Incentives

Night Shift Allowance

Both-Way Cab Facility

5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Offs
