Key Responsibilities

1. Design and Development: Design, develop, and test automation solutions using Blue Prism

2. Process Analysis: Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities

3. Solution Design: Design solutions that meet business requirements and are aligned with organizational goals

4. Implementation: Implement automation solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery

5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Test and quality assure automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements

6. Maintenance and Support: Provide maintenance and support for existing automation solutions

7. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of automation solutions

Requirements

1. Experience:



6+ years of experience in Blue Prism development and implementation

2. Certifications: Blue Prism Certified Developer certification (or equivalent)

3. Skills:
- Robust understanding of Blue Prism architecture and components
- Experience with process analysis, solution design, and implementation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (desirable)

4. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
