Job Purpose
- This is a leadership opportunity to drive manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, localisation and commercial growth in India along with execution of the company's long-term expansion strategy.

Company Background
- A European MNC in the hydraulics and industrial components manufacturing sector with existing India business of approximately INR 10 Crores

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall development of the India business.
- Execute the local business plan aligned with company strategy.
- Represent the company with customers, suppliers and institutions.
- Manage production ensuring Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Industrialize new products transferred from Europe.
- Support sales growth and long-term customer relationships.
- Develop Indian suppliers for global sourcing.
- Implement localization and cost reduction initiatives.




- Build and manage a local engineering team supporting European R&D.;
- Full P&L; responsibility including revenue, EBITDA, cash generation and working capital.
- Promote a solid safety culture and ensure compliance with company EHS standards.
- Recruit, develop and motivate the local team.

Candidate Profile
- Engineering degree.
- 10–15+ years of industrial leadership experience.
- Strong manufacturing and operations background.
- Experience in hydraulics, off-highway or precision industrial components manufacturing.
- Previous experience in the design, manufacturing or commercialization of hydraulic valves and fluid power components is highly desirable.
- Must have Greenfield/ Brownfield factory expansion experience.
- Proven P&L; management.
- Leadership and commercial skills.
