Role Description
Deliver end-to-end Contract Management support by drafting, negotiating low-to-medium complexity contracts, and meet daily delivery commitments while ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and seamless collaboration through effective communication and teamwork.
Key Result Areas:
Contract Management
-Draft, review and negotiate low-to-medium complexity contracts-including NDAs, SOWs, MSAs-with a focus on accuracy, turnaround time & risk coverage.
-Maintain a 98% quality score in internal reviews, and deliver within agreed SLAs.
Compliance & Benchmarking
-Ensure contracts adhere to compliance standards & internal checklists.
-Regularly review clauses against similar executed agreements to identify at least 1-2 improvement suggestions per month.
