We are looking for a Associate Director to join our team.
You will lead the development and delivery of recruitment to our university partners degree programmes. This is a commercially focused role designed to support diversification beyond traditional pathway recruitment, ensuring Kaplan can identify, prioritise and convert new direct recruitment opportunities in a responsible and scalable way.
You will work closely with regional recruitment teams, partner and product teams, marketing, admissions, operations and systems stakeholders to understand what is feasible, what is required to launch successfully, and where direct recruitment can make the greatest impact. Your responsibility will include bringing together market insight, delivery planning and cross-functional coordination so that new opportunities are translated into transparent recruitment plans and measurable outcomes.

What You'll Bring To The Role
- Proven experience in international student recruitment, with exposure to university recruitment and/or direct recruitment models, as well as agent networks.
- Solid commercial mindset with a track record of delivering recruitment growth, improving conversion and using data to inform decisions.
- Understanding of international education markets and the operational requirements that sit behind successful recruitment delivery.
- Confident working across cultures, markets and functions, with strong stakeholder management and influencing ski
