We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Claim Processing Executives and build a rewarding career in the US Healthcare / Medical Billing industry.
What will you do
As a Claim Processing Executive / AR Caller, you will work on US medical billing accounts and help healthcare providers receive timely reimbursement from insurance companies.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Following up with insurance companies regarding unpaid and outstanding medical claims.
* Calling insurance representatives to check claim status, payment details, denials, and pending actions.
* Reviewing account information and identifying reasons for claim delays or denials.
* Taking appropriate action to resolve outstanding claims and ensure timely payment.
* Updating claim/account information accurately in the billing system.
* Maintaining proper documentation of follow-up activities and conversations.
* Working with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
* Meeting daily productivity and quality expectations.
* Following client guidelines, company processes, and compliance requirements.

* Good communication skills and basic spoken English.

* Basic computer knowledge.
* Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work in a US night-shift process.
* Previous experience in US Medical Billing, AR Calling, RCM, or Healthcare BPO will be an added advantage.
