Role Description This remote Business Development Intern role offers hands-on experience in supporting Great Hire's growth and client engagement efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation activities, researching potential markets and target companies, and helping maintain and update prospect databases. The intern will communicate with prospective clients via email, calls,



and online platforms to share information about Great Hire's services and schedule meetings for senior team members. Additional tasks may include preparing basic sales reports, supporting marketing outreach campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to improve business development processes. This is an internship role designed to provide practical exposure to business development in the talent and recruitment domain.
