We are currently seeking a MDM Solution Architect to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

1. Day-to-Day Job Duties

As a Stibo STEP Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality MDM solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy, data governance, and enterprise architecture.

Daily / Weekly Responsibilities:
- Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for Stibo STEP implementations across domains (Product, Customer, Supplier)
- Lead data model design including entities, hierarchies, classifications, attributes, and relationships
- Architect and govern integration patterns between STEP and enterprise systems (MDG, S4/Hana, etc.)
- Design data governance frameworks, including workflows, stewardship models, and data quality rules




- Provide technical leadership on STEP configurations, including business rules, event processors, and workflows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable architecture designs
- Define and enforce best practices, standards, and design patterns for MDM implementation
- Review and approve technical designs, code, and configurations from development teams
- Oversee data migration strategies, including cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation
- Support integration architecture decisions (real-time vs batch, APIs, messaging/event-driven)
- Partner with QA and business teams to ensure end-to-end solution validation and quality
- Provide guidance on setting strategy, deployment, and release management
- Mentor developers, analysts, and QA team members on STEP capabilities and MDM best practices
- Participate in architecture governance forums and stakeholder reviews
