Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Jaipur Area. The role involves planning and coordinating corporate events from concept to completion, including understanding client requirements, developing event proposals, and managing timelines and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities may include liaising with clients and vendors, supervising event setup and logistics, overseeing production elements such as staging, audio-visuals, and branding, and ensuring smooth execution on event days. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting post-event evaluation to improve future projects. Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to company standards of quality, safety, and client service are essential.

Qualifications
- Experience in event planning, coordination, and on-ground execution within corporate or large-scale events.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into event concepts.
- Proficiency in vendor management,



budgeting, and basic contract or negotiation practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or local languages is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic office software (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets); familiarity with event management tools or CRM systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in corporate events, experiential marketing, or brand activations in India is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
