Job Description

The Manager, Human Relations will be responsible for establishing the HR function at the project site, ensuring that all human resource activities are aligned with the company's core values and business needs. This role will involve setting up HR systems, handling early-stage recruitment, and building a robust foundation for the company's future workforce in line with the company's values and objectives.

Job Description
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities to support the growth of the new operation.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
- Build and implement HR policies, processes, and systems in line with company standards and best practices.
- Manage employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and other core HR activities.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees on people-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement, learning and development, and culture-building initiatives.

Job Requirements
- MBA or post-graduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR, with specific experience in either Business Partnering or Recruitment.
- Proven experience in establishing HR functions in a new project or organization is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to develop and implement HR systems and processes effectively and in alignment with company values.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
