Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer with solid expertise in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IRM/GRC implementations and a good understanding of risk, compliance, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement ServiceNow IRM modules, including:
- Risk Management
- Policy and Compliance
- Audit Management
- Issue Management
- Develop and configure workflows, approvals, notifications, forms, and business rules.
- Work with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Support data migration and data loading activities.
- Manage users, roles, update sets, deployments, and release activities.
- Develop KPIs, reports, and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Support testing, deployment, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Participate in end-to-end IRM/GRC implementation projects.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of overall ServiceNow experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
- Experience with at least one end-to-end IRM/GRC implementation.
- Strong understanding of Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Issue Management processes.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Flow Designer
- Workflows
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Reports and Dashboards
- Data Migration/Data Load
- Update Sets
- Release Management
- User and Role Management
- Good understanding of the ServiceNow IRM data model and OOTB capabilities.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with TPRM/Third Party Risk Management or VRM/Vendor Risk Management.
- Exposure to Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
- Experience with OOTB IRM implementations.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- ServiceNow CSA or IRM certi
