Role Description The Admission Counsellor is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, Dehradun and Noida. The role involves guiding prospective learners through the admission lifecycle, including responding to inquiries, explaining programs and curricula, and clarifying eligibility, fees, and placement opportunities. The Admission Counsellor will follow up with leads, conduct counselling sessions via phone and in person, and support applicants in completing their application and enrollment processes.
The position includes collaborating with sales and marketing teams to meet admission targets, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and providing a high-quality, professional experience to every prospective learner.
