Vibescapes is looking for an Architect to work closely with us on the design and development of IL Palazzo Villas, our heritage property in Panchgani.
The role focuses on creating a poolside experience that works naturally with the existing heritage character, landscape and surrounding nature while improving the overall guest journey through the property.
What You'll Be Working On
* Designing the current poolside experience at IL Palazzo Villas
* Developing layouts that respect and retain the existing natural landscape
* Creating a strong connection between architecture, landscape and the existing heritage property
* Improving the overall flow and movement of guests through the property
* Designing spaces that feel experiential, not simply functional
* Understanding sightlines, arrival sequences, circulation and how spaces transition into one another
* Working with existing trees, terrain and natural features rather than designing against them
* Creating a cohesive experience between the villas, pool, outdoor spaces and common areas
* Developing concepts,
layouts, drawings and design details through execution
* Working closely with the Vibescapes team to balance design, guest experience, practicality and commercial viability

The Right Person Will Have
* B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent qualification
* 3–8 years of relevant architectural experience
* Hospitality, resort, villa or experiential design experience preferred
* A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and completed work
* Excellent understanding of plans, sections, elevations and detailing
* Strong design sensibility w
