The Senior Manager - GIC Operations & Strategy is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of Experian's Hyderabad Global Innovation Centre (GIC).

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will serve as the operational backbone of the GIC - making sure the site's technical forums, executive programmes, infrastructure growth, and strategic initiatives run with precision and purpose.

This role is a great fit for an operations leader who is equally at home in a board-level conversation and on the floor of an engineering forum. You bring a blend of operational rigour, technical fluency, and stakeholder management skills - and you are energised by the opportunity to help scale a world-class delivery centre.

1. Technical Forums & Engineering Leadership
- Own and drive the cadence of multiple technical forums - TPM forums, Engineering Leader forums, and Architecture forums - making sure each has a structured agenda, explicit outcomes, and followed on actions.
- Represent the MD's office in cross-functional technical governance,



connecting delivery teams with senior leadership.
- Advance the AI reusability and silo-breaking agenda across engineering communities track progress and raise blockers.

2. GIC Operations & Day-to-Day Management
- Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the Hyderabad GIC, working with local teams and global stakeholders to keep operations seamless.
- Partner with enabling functions - Finance, Procurement, IT, Communications, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Admin - to plan and carry out the continued scaling of the Hyderabad site.
- Build resiliency across processes to support a multi-location operations strategy and ensure business continuity.
- Coordinate with Lean Six Sigma and BU Functional Managers to identify and drive efficiency improvements.

3. Blue Optima & Developer Velocity
- Act as the coordination point between GIC leadership and Blue Optima champions across the Hyderabad centre.
