We are looking for a WordPress + PHP Developer who understands SEO, Blogging and Website Growth.

This is not just a website maintenance job.

We want someone who can manage our websites, publish and optimize content, increase organic traffic and generate business leads through Google.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and develop multiple WordPress websites
- Upload, format and optimize SEO blogs
- Perform On-Page and Technical SEO
- Conduct keyword research and content planning
- Improve Google rankings and organic traffic
- Create SEO-friendly landing pages
- Optimize website speed and Core Web Vitals
- Manage WordPress plugins, themes and updates
- Perform PHP customization and website development
- Work with HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript
- Fix website errors, bugs and technical issues
- Manage internal linking, schema, meta tags and sitemap
- Work with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Improve website conversion rates and lead generation
- Coordinate with the content and marketing team

Your primary responsibility is to GROW THE WEBSITE.

Performance will be measured through:
- Organic Traffic Growth
- Google Search Rankings
- Number of Keywords Ranking
- Qualified Website Leads
- Conversion Rate
- Website Performance and Speed

We are looking for someone who thinks:

"How can I bring more qualified visitors and leads to the website?"

Not just:

"How can I upload a blog?"
