ABOUT AIVIDA

Aivida is a digital healthcare platform building a connected ecosystem for doctors, pharmacists, and lab clinics. We're growing our onboarding team to bring more healthcare providers onto our platform and help them get the most out of it from day one.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're hiring a Customer Support Executive to drive presales outreach for Aivida. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for doctors, pharmacists, and lab clinics — introducing them to our platform, addressing their questions, and guiding them through onboarding.

KEY RESBONSIBILITIES

Make outbound presales calls to doctors, pharmacists, and lab clinics to introduce the Aivida platform
Achieve a daily target of 60 calls
Clearly communicate the platform's features, benefits, and onboarding process
Address queries and objections professionally to move prospects toward onboarding




Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records
Consistently meet or exceed monthly onboarding targets
Coordinate with the field team to ensure smooth handoffs where needed

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
Prior experience in telecalling, presales, or customer support preferred
Comfortable working with high call volumes and daily targets
Basic computer/app proficiency for logging calls and updates
Healthcare or pharma industry exposure is a plus but not mandatory
