About The Role:
We are seeking a
responsible, trustworthy, and independent Accountant & Data Entry Executive
to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, reconciliation, inventory,
and business records across:
- Petsburgh Spa
- Petsburgh International Grooming Academy
- Petsburgh Boarding
- PPGAI
This is a
hands-on role
for someone who is:
- Robust with numbers
- Highly organised
- Detail-oriented
- Capable of independently managing accounts without constant supervision
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Data Entry
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records across multiple business divisions
- Record and manage:
- Billing entries
- Sales entries
- Purchase entries
- Expense records
- Payment records
Reconciliation & Financial Control
- Perform regular reconciliations for:
- Sales
- Billing
- Cash
- Bank accounts
- Inventory
- Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively
Inventory Data Management
- Maintain and reconcile inventory records, including:
- Purchases
- Sales
- Stock movement
- Closing stock
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain all financia
