Hiring: Python Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using Python.
- Develop REST APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations.
- Work with MongoDB/SQL databases, including database design and query optimization.
- Troubleshoot and improve application and database performance.
- Write clean, secure, maintainable code with appropriate unit/integration testing.
- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable solutions.
