About the Role

At Sirican Solutions, performance marketing is not about simply launching ads and waiting for results.

It’s about understanding the audience, building the right campaigns, watching the numbers closely, testing what works, cutting what doesn’t, and continuously improving the return on every rupee spent.

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll work on client campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. You’ll be involved in campaign planning, execution, optimisation, tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.

You should be curious, comfortable with numbers, willing to experiment, and reliable about learning how advertising actually performs.

What You’ll Actually Do
- Plan, set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
- Understand campaign objectives and translate them into appropriate advertising strategies.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor research, and market analysis.




- Create and manage campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, sales, and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and overall campaign ROI.
- Run A/B tests across ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to develop performance-focused ad creatives and messaging.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, UTM parameters, and other measurement tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate campaign results clearly.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, targeting options, policies, and industry trends.
