Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to achieve pre-admission and enrollment targets across all programs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Pre Admissions team to maximize inquiry-to-admission conversion rates.
- Oversee the complete pre-admissions process, including lead allocation, follow-ups, counseling, and application management.
- Ensure prospective students and parents receive timely, accurate, and personalized guidance regarding courses, admissions, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Monitor team productivity, counseling quality, and conversion metrics through regular reviews and coaching.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure effective lead generation and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-admission to enrollment.
- Analyze admission funnel performance, lead quality, and conversion trends to improve overall efficiency.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead management, conversions, and team performance.




- Handle escalations from prospective students and parents to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and channel partners to strengthen the admission pipeline.
- Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and outreach programs to generate quality leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with admission policies, CRM processes, and organizational standards. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in, Marketing, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 6–10 years of experience in Pre Admissions, Student Counseling, Admissions, Inside Sales, or Business Development, preferably in the Education or EdTech sector.
