Job Summary

We are looking for a strong, experienced, and result-oriented General Manager – Sales who can take ownership of the sales function, build and lead a high-performing team, develop strong market relationships, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build, train, manage, and motivate a strong sales team.
- Establish clear sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, architects, builders, contractors, and key customers.
- Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
- Maintain and utilize a strong existing market network to generate business.
- Spend sufficient time in the market, understanding customer requirements, market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
- Monitor sales numbers, margins, collections, conversion rates, and overall business performance.
- Understand and analyze sales figures, profitability, targets, and key business numbers to make informed decisions.




- Take ownership of sales performance and proactively address challenges.
- Handle key customer negotiations and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with inventory, dispatch, accounts, and management teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide clear performance updates to management.
- Develop strategies to improve sales, market share, profitability, and customer retention.

- Willingness to travel and actively participate in market development.
- Age: 35 years and above
