Job Summary:

Responsible for providing professional men's hair and grooming services, including haircuts, styling, beard grooming, and hair treatments while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform men's haircuts, styling, trimming, and blow-drying
- Provide beard trimming, shaping, shaving, and grooming services
- Recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming styles based on client preferences
- Perform hair treatments such as hair spa, smoothening, keratin, coloring, and scalp treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstation
- Provide personalized grooming advice to customers
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits
- Promote salon services and grooming products
- Stay updated with the latest men's hairstyles, trends, and grooming techniques

Skills Required:
- Expertise in men's hair cutting and styling




- Strong knowledge of beard grooming and shaving techniques
- Knowledge of hair treatments and coloring
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced salon environment

Qualification & Experience:
- Certification/Diploma in Hair Dressing, Barbering, or Cosmetology is preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in men's salons, barber shops, or unisex salons

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in premium men's salons or luxury grooming studios
- Knowledge of modern men's haircuts, beard styles, hair coloring, and advanced treatments

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
