Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Cashier. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and assisting customers with their needs while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products, prices, and services.
- Process cash, card, and other approved payment transactions accurately.
- Operate the cash register/POS system.
- Issue receipts, invoices, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company procedures.
- Balance the cash drawer and report any discrepancies.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate transaction and customer records.
- Assist with inventory checks and other daily operational activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized customer service/cashier area.




- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, retail, or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical and organizational abilities.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills; experience with POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, qualified, and customer-focused.
