Job Description

We are hiring Customer Relationship Executives (CRE) to handle client interactions, explain our website & e-commerce solutions, and support the sales process.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound client calls
- Explain website and e-commerce service packages
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with leads and support conversions
- Coordinate with sales & technical teams
- Update client details and follow-up status

Requirements
- Good communication skills (English / Malayalam / Hindi – any)
- Basic understanding of websites or digital services (training provided)
- Customer-friendly and confident attitude




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
