Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field are preferred.
- Advanced Excel is needed for this role, with knowledge of VLook , Pivot tables, formulas, creating MIS and presentations for the business reviews.
- Some experience
in Key Account Management, Client Management, Business Development,



Recruitment Consulting or Professional Services will be an added advantage.
Even freshers are also welcome.

Role:
- Corporate Client management and business development.
- Prior Knowledge of client management is not mandatory, but expectation is someone who has a very strong presence of mind, who can interact with clients depending on different situations.
- The Role needs proactivitity , client mining for new businesses, ensuring client servicing is promptly adhered to.
- Someone who can interact with all internal stakegolders in case we fail in client servicing, can keep a track of red flag areas and discuss to improvise team performance.
- The role demands organising meetings, role-intake calls and reviews with clients. regular client followup to organise interviews , getting feedbacks and apprising team members about the same.
- The role will demand quick presence of mind to know how to optimise resource util
