Job Summary

looking for an experienced and technically skilled Business Development & Tender Engineer to support ongoing business development, tendering, and technical activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good technical understanding, and relevant experience in business development and tender management.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and support recent business opportunities in the electrical/renewable energy sector.
- Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial tenders and proposals.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, and scope of work.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare accurate and competitive bids.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare technical presentations, proposals, quotations, and other business documents.
- Track tender opportunities, deadlines, submissions, and follow-ups.




- Support client meetings, negotiations, and business development activities.
- Maintain proper records of tenders, proposals, and business opportunities.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.

Key Requirements
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Tendering, Proposal Engineering, or related technical activities.
- Strong understanding of electrical/renewable energy projects and tender processes.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively​.
