We are looking for a Field Marketing Executive to promote Garuda Career and increase job-seeker registrations through direct field marketing activities. The candidate will visit colleges, training institutes, job centers, local communities, and other relevant locations to connect with potential candidates and introduce them to the Garuda Career platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit colleges, training institutes, employment centers, and other locations to promote Garuda Career.
- Identify and approach potential job seekers.
- Explain Garuda Career's job opportunities, platform features, and services to candidates.
- Generate leads and convert potential candidates into registered users.
- Conduct direct promotional activities and awareness campaigns.
- Build relationships with colleges, institutes, organizations, and local communities.
- Collect candidate details and maintain accurate lead records.
- Follow up with interested candidates and assist them with registration.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly registration targets.
- Submit regular field visit and marketing activity reports.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and recruitment teams.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with new people.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Basic sales and marketing knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales, recruitment, or business development is an advantage.
