Role Description
The Technical Support Executive role at MetaReach is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves providing technical and customer support for bulk SMS and digital marketing platforms, including handling configuration issues, campaign-related queries, and system accessibility concerns. The Technical Support Executive will diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, guide users through solutions, and escalate complex issues when needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to support tickets, calls,



and chats; documenting issues and resolutions; coordinating with internal technical teams; and ensuring a positive, efficient support experience for clients. The role also includes monitoring system performance, identifying recurring problems, and suggesting improvements to enhance overall service quality.
